About Matthew Kron, MD
Dr. Kron is a board-certified anesthesiologist who is passionate about providing an excellent surgical experience, tailored to the individual needs of each patient. Having completed a subspecialty fellowship in Regional Anesthesia and Acute Pain Medicine, Dr. Kron is able to provide state-of-the-art anesthetic techniques to prevent pain after surgery. He is proficient at performing nerve blocks and nerve block catheters, reducing the amount of opioids that patients need after surgery. During his fellowship he had the opportunity to work with some of the best sports medicine physicians in the world and provide care to elite athletes, including members of the New York Yankees.
Dr. Kron grew up in Oregon where he developed a love of the great outdoors. While not practicing medicine, he enjoys spending time cycling, hiking and following NBA basketball.
